"Would give a 0 but not an option. She is rude, disrespectful and told me to get another insurance company after I filed a claim. I have had insurance with them for a long time. I had roof and inside damage and they covered nothing. They are not a good neighbor. Run as fast as you can to someone else! I called corporate never heard back. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't use this state farm company not helpful. You are wasting you money and time!! I am not the only one who has had issues with this agent. Many other people I have spoken had the same bad experiences. Don't use this agent !! So this agent again is rude, disrespectful, over talks you. Won't let you get a word in. I never threatened, yeld or did any disrespectful to this agent. No you never responded to me nor did the corporate office respond to my concerns about your disrespectful behaviors. I have move my business from your agent and will never do business with this agent. And I will spread the word how rude, disrespectful this agent is. I am not the only one who has had this experience with her. Many other people have. Again. The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BECAUSE THERE IS NONE! I have spent thousands of dollars in insurance with this company. This is very horrible behavior for a so call profssional. I was never threating to you or your professional. Never used abusive language. How unethical of you suggest such a thing. I have complained about what you did not cover to no help whatsoever. People run as fast a you can and get another company"

"My family has been doing business with Natalia and State Farm for as long as I can remember. Even living in Indy, my husband and I choose them as our provider because of the level of care and “hometown feel.” I, unfortunately, have dealt with a few different claims on vehicles and they have been the best to comfort me and walk me through options/next steps. They stay on top on our professional growth to make sure we are covered there as well. I’d recommend her office to anyone who is looking for someone who will always put the client’s best interest first."
