Family is the center of our business because Ed, my husband, and I have built one of our own. Married for and incredible 35 years, we have shared the joy of raising three wonderful children together. We are proud to be the doting grandparents of beautiful granddaughter who brings boundless happiness to our lives.

Tonya Hummel, Office Manager, has been with the agency for over twenty years. She really enjoys assisting customer's car, home, and life needs. She focuses her talents with new customers as well as our current customers.

Mason Extin is our Customer Service Representative. Mason works with assisting customers to navigate claims, process changes to current accounts, and apply payments.

Our staff is available by appointment and walk ins Monday thru Friday 9-5, and after hours by appointment. We also offer the latest technology for our customers with apps for your mobile devices and desktops. Plus 24x7 service for all of our customer service. Also, ask us about our new Virtual Meeting options.

Tonya is proud to call Winchester her lifelong home. As someone deeply rooted in this community, she has the privilege to watch the community grow and evolve over the years.

Tonya's career began as a high school student working part time for our Agency. Over time, she has honed her skills and now serves as our Office Manager. Her primary focus is on helping our valued existing customers and new customers make the most of their services. She specializes in bundling to maximize discounts and create Personal Price Plans for everyone. She is our go to team member for car, home, enters, and life insurance.

Tonya is devoted wife and mother of three amazing children. She also shares her home with four wonderful furry companions who bring endless joy and laughter to their lives.

Mason graduated from Hamilton Southeaster and has been an integral part of our team since 2016. He holds licenses in Indiana and Ohio for property and casualty & life and health insurance. Mason's focus is in assisting existing customers with a wide range of services, including payment processing, account changes, claim handling, and adding vehicles to policies.
